Quick Scoring Guide

The higher your questionnaire score is, the more likely it is you're depressed. This test isn't a diagnosis, however, it can provide important information regarding your mental health. In order to keep track of your depression, try taking this test every week or every month, and track the changes in your scores. A change of 5 points can be significant!​

What Your Score Means:

(0-9) Depression not likely

(10-17) Depression is possible

(18-21) Depression can develop/is likely

(22-35) Mild depression

(36-53) Moderate-severe depression

(53+) Severe depression
