I hope everyone is having a wonderful Saturday! Whether you're working today, or relaxing, choose to practice mindfulness throughout the day. Here are a few ways you can practice mindfulness:

- Sit with your eyes closed and count 5 things you're grateful for

- Breathe in 4 seconds, then hold 4 seconds. Exhale 4 seconds, and repeat!

- Take a brief inventory of the emotions you've felt today. What has stressed you out?
